If you think something is not right with Vector Artist web app please be as specific as possible, saying how you can replicate the problem then it can be fixed quicker!

    It hasn't been working since I purchased it. I am running MSN APPs via Windows 10.

    Since I purchased every time I open a bitmap to use a guide, my hand drawings, I did 3 of them during the free trial and it worked great, but now they won't load. The app just hangs up.

    Tried out Vector Artist on my Android - too cool! A very nice app. But, I need it for my iPad. So I purchased the app and it installed fine but does not start properly and will not run?!? This is an iPad 1 running iOS 5.1.1. Any ideas?
